Kwara United Strengthens Partnership with Police Command

As part of Kwara United Football Club’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships and collaboration with key stakeholders, the club’s General Manager, Mallam Bashir Badawiy, paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police, CP Adekimi Ojo, at the Kwara State Police Command Headquarters.

During the visit, Mallam Badawiy on behalf of the club's chairman, Mr Kumbi Titiloye,  presented the Commissioner with Kwara United’s replica jerseys as a gesture of appreciation for the Command’s unwavering support and commitment to providing adequate security during the club’s home league matches.

He noted that the police have played a vital role in ensuring the safety of players, officials, and fans at the stadium, describing the collaboration as a key factor in maintaining a peaceful matchday atmosphere.

In his remarks, CP Adekimi Ojo commended the club for the thoughtful gesture and reaffirmed the Command’s readiness to continue supporting sporting activities that promote unity and peace in the state.

The visit underscores Kwara United’s commitment to strengthening relationships with critical stakeholders and enhancing community engagement as part of its broader development drive.
