Fresh from their Quarter final qualification in the 2025 President Federation Cup competition followed by a goalless away draw with Heartland of Owerri in the NPFL, Kwara United is back home to feature in one of the two last home games in the current season. The encounter is against visiting Lobi Stars who are already neck deep, swimming in the relegation waters but are potential spoilers. The Rashidi Yekini Arena will tomorrow afternoon witness a struggle to restore honor even in the face of adversity(Lobi) and a quest to improve on its encouraging performance to secure a better placement on the log (United). Both ways, the match promises to be action-packed and exciting. The fact remains that Lobi Stars are old war horses with past rich credentials in the domestic league,they may therefore still possess some bites which have the potential of ruffling Kwara United's feathers,so there should no room for complacency on the part of the Afonja Warriors.
